Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of GeoGebra-assisted STEM learning on students' understanding of mathematical concepts and creativity. The design used in this study is almost experimental. The research subjects consisted of high school students divided into two homogeneous classes, namely 32 students in the experimental class and 32 students in the experimental class. Students in the control class were taught conventional learning, and in the experimental class, STEM learning was carried out with the help of GeoGebra. Creativity data is taken with an instrument creativity test with a reliability of 0.90. Analysis data is done using ANCOVA and continued with the effect size test. Research results show a difference in understanding draft mathematics and creativity of students who do STEM learning with the help of GeoGebra and conventional. The effectiveness of GeoGebra-assisted STEM learning on understanding Mathematical concepts and students' creativity is significant with large categories.
