Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of improving work discipline and the performance of police personnel through inherent supervision and the influence of work discipline on performance. The study population was 429 police personnel, excluding 2 leaders. The number of samples is based on the completion formulation and determined in the study by a total of 207 respondents. Data measurement uses a Likert scale and analysis tools use Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that inherent supervision had a significant effect on work discipline and performance, besides that work discipline had a significant effect on Police personnel.
